My all-time favorite Christmas song is “O, Holy Night.” If I could sing that would be the song that I would close with at every concert. Truly, something was different and “holy” the night when the Babe born in Bethlehem’s barn became flesh and for thirty three years lived among us.
His birth was spectacular, His life sin-less, His death a sacrifice and his resurrection was nothing short of Sovereign. He was born in a virgin’s womb and laid to rest in a virgin tomb. Charlton Heston was right when he said: “The Gospel is the greatest story ever told.”
One of my favorite hymns of all time is “I Love to Tell the Story” and the words always thrill my soul:
“I love to tell the story of unseen things above,
Of Jesus and His glory, of Jesus and His love;
I love to tell the story, because I know ’tis true,
It satisfies my longings as nothing else would do
I love to tell the story, more wonderful it seems
Than all the golden fancies of all our golden dreams;
I love to tell the story, it did so much for me,
And that is just the reason I tell it now to thee.
I love to tell the story, ’tis pleasant to repeat,
What seems each time I tell it more wonderfully sweet;
I love to tell the story, for some have never heard
The message of salvation from God’s own holy Word.
I love to tell the story, for those who know it best
Seem hungering and thirsting to hear it like the rest;
And when in scenes of glory I sing the new, new song,
’Twill be the old, old story that I have loved so long.
I love to tell the story, ’Twill be my theme in glory,
To tell the old, old story Of Jesus and His love.”
My daily prayer is that I not only love the Story but live the story out all the days of my life. One of the reasons, I take planes, trains and automobiles to preach the Word is not only because God called but I truly love to tell His Story. History is really HIS STORY. Together, lets make HISTORY. Let us SHINE the rest of ‘09, WIN in 2010, because the fact is we could be going to Heaven by 2011.
May the Christmas Story never get old for you and may you never be too old to celebrate Christmas. Indeed, it was a holy night because that Babe born in Bethlehem became The Holy Light.

Frank, I just heard you are going to be a guest on ATLANTA LIVE television again next month while in Georgia! Way to go!!
Hey Franko!!!
Things went well last night at Nat’l Christmas Tree. There was a large, supportive crowd and it wasn’t unbearably cold!!!! Thanks for the prayers!!!! I want to give you a heads-up regarding our participation at GWCEA in January. It looks like we will have a mandatory soundcheck at 6:00 PM on Friday, January 29.
The actual event will begin at 9:00 PM. I will keep you posted as I receive more details. I will probably share 2 songs and look forward to hearing your message. I told my brother in law, Pastor John Jenkins at FBC Glenarden and hope to get you two together sometime in New Year.
Do have a Merry Christmas, and I continue to thank God for putting you in my life!!!! Let’s DREAM BIG for 2010!!!!!!
Stevie
Can’t wait for you to speak at my church on Jan 13 at First Baptist Church of Callahan. I will pick you up from the airport and we are located just outside of the Jacksonville, FL airport.
Pastor Todd is still checking with the public schools if we can speak at an assembly while you are in town. You will love it and they will love you! Our pastor’s wife is Hal Lindsey’s daughter (FBC Jacksonville). Getting excited and looking forward to what God is going to do – it must be great because there has been a lot of activity at the school that are trying to prevent Bro Todd and the admin to sit down and talk- such as the death of the high school janitor – i think the enemy is pulling out all stops but Bro Todd has more power on His side- He’s promoting Christ and His kingdom
If i dont get a chance to speak with you before Christmas-you and your family have a blessed and joyful time together celebrating the birth of our Savior. Call when you can
We spoke at the Full Business Gospel Mens Fellowship International meeting in Crystal City, Virginia at the Hyatt Hotel over a year ago following your remarks. You were one of the keynote speakers with Dr Richard Shakarian, and former Assistant Secretary of the Navy and the liaison to President Bush from The White House.
After your talk, I recall us talking about how the Lord impacted our Lives by His grace. I knew in my spirit we should connect from the initial meeting over a year ago. I did not know who you were before you spoke but the Lord revealed, that your heart loves and honors the Lord and your heart loves His Truth.
One month ago, I was given your book “Final Approach”; your book confirmed who you are in the Spirit, just as the Lord revealed. I would like to contact you sometime to talk about what God is doing through us and would welcome the chance to reconnect with you and learn more about your ministry.
With blessings and Love of our Lord Jesus Christ, we wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and Blessed and Prosperous New Year. May we, be filled with His Love and governed by His Truth, where the Substance of His Life resides.
Merry Christmas Frank. Thnx for your card. Out of all the cards we got, yours is my favorite by far!
Pray for America. I hope we can spend some time together this year.
Keep preachin!

Merry Christmas to you & yours Frank! (Still can’t stand Celine Dion. Not gonna hold it against you though, it’s Christmas. )
Hope to see you in GA next month
That’s my favorite O holy night song! Great seeing you at church on Christmas Eve. Your wife is a beauty and your baby is so sweet
Feliz Navidad, Frank. Dallas, Texas had a rare white Christmas. Not like Maryland but still special. God bless
Merry Christmas Executive!!!!! I love you so much big brother!!! I hope you all are having an awesome day. Well, I pray that all your days are awesome but today is CHRISTmas so Whoo Hooo!! I wish you guys the best! Let’s see if I can get it right….Hannah, Lincoln & Ruth, right? Tell them I said “Yay, it’s CHRISTMAS”!!!!!
I love the “Homie for Him”! When did you start your word plays? I mean before…. when I first heard you speak I knew I was amused and I thought your message was refreshing but it recently occured to me just how amazing your style is. I don’t mean to call it a style as if you created a gimick to “fit in”. I felt it and I connected but I wasn’t fully aware how or how much.
I’m sure people think it adds to your humor but when you really think about the kind of person one would have to be to become a janitor for Jesus……it’s big. How many of us are even good enough to qualify? Then to think about what His janitor would have to do….bigger. How many people are strong enough?
Brother, you truly are a blessing and I thank God for you and all things that keep you moving be it family, friends, Sly (LOL) or jelly beans. I pray God provides it all to you b/c you deserve it and the world needs you in it. You really are the coolest person I’ve met this year and it’ll be pretty hard for anyone to top you in 2010 (unless I meet Andrew or Hannah lol). I don’t kow what I can do but call on me anytime Friend.
Happy New Year!!!
